Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the pivotal communication hub for operations, ensuring truck drivers feel supported, appreciated, and fully understood.
• Utilize adept negotiation skills to maximize profitability and efficiency, carefully balancing communication quality and rate per mile.
• Maintain composure and resourcefulness when handling high-pressure situations, guiding the team smoothly through challenges.
• Develop innovative strategies to overcome obstacles and drive continual forward progress.
• Foster enduring relationships through respectful and empathetic interaction, promoting trust and teamwork without assigning blame.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years' documented experience in trucking dispatch.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Strong motivation for success and growth, available to work Monday through Friday, 2 PM to midnight.
