Dispatch Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to join our IT Infrastructure company, based in Mumbai (locations include Juhinagar, Malad, and Bhiwandi). This position involves handling dispatch and delivery operations at project sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all dispatch operations, including receiving and verifying orders for shipment.
• Pick, pack, scan, and prepare products accurately for delivery.
• Ensure the correct quantity and product specifications before dispatching orders.
• Deliver orders to customers punctually within the designated area and timelines.
• Manage petty cash or cash on delivery (COD) payments when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and update order status through the company’s mobile application.
• Communicate effectively with customers about delivery timings and locations.
• Handle goods with care to preserve their condition during transit.
• Return any undelivered or rejected items following company protocols.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs, safety procedures, and customer service guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Completed 12th grade or higher education, with graduates preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in dispatch or logistics roles.
• Good communication skills and adept at customer interaction.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas served.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Ability to juggle multiple orders efficiently and independently.
• Responsible and disciplined in work approach.
• Competent in riding two-wheelers with a valid driving license if required by location.

Additional Information

• Salary ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month plus petrol allowance and incentives.
• Employment locations include different sites within Mumbai, such as Juhinagar, Malad, and Bhiwandi.
• Age requirements follow company policy.
• Use of a two-wheeler vehicle may be necessary based on job demands and location.
