Job Overview
Join Remington Hospitality as a Dishwasher based in Anchorage, AK. This full-time onsite role requires maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency in the kitchen to ensure a hygienic environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine according to predefined procedures.
- Clean glasses and dishes using standard dish racks efficiently.
- Wash pots and pans in designated pot washing stations exclusively.
- Keep the kitchen area tidy by thoroughly cleaning, including sweeping broken glass or dish fragments and mopping spills promptly.
- Manage waste by emptying and sanitizing heavy trash cans, replacing trash liners after each cleaning session.
- Adhere strictly to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines and other safety protocols.
- Support additional kitchen tasks as assigned, including assisting with banquet plating when necessary.
