Key Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machinery efficiently.
• Ensure rinse and wash temperatures meet proper standards.
• Manage water changes and correctly handle dishwashing chemicals.
• Organize and arrange dish racks properly.
• Dispose of trash appropriately.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork with kitchen staff.
