Key Responsibilities

• Hand-cutting fresh steaks following specific Texas Roadhouse standards
• Reading and interpreting prep sheets accurately
• Tracking product yield efficiently
• Arranging and maintaining the meat display case
• Correct use and upkeep of kitchen equipment
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the meat room walk-in
• Adhering to proper storage and product rotation protocols
• Following safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
• Demonstrating effective teamwork
