Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the dishroom, kitchen aisles, and dock area.
• Disassemble trays, prepare and operate the dishwashing machine, clean dishware, and organize all cleaned china, glassware, and silverware appropriately.
• Empty and thoroughly clean trash containers inside and out.
• Clean dock area and dumpster thoroughly.
• Disassemble and clean dishwashing equipment both internally and externally.
• Clean breakdown tables, tile walls, and baseboards.
• Perform other assigned job duties as necessary.

• Effective communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a calm and steady demeanor.
• Professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times.
• Ability to interact positively and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively within the team.
• Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Physical capability to handle goods weighing up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
