Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of and organize essential supplies and equipment to guarantee smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by performing tasks such as mopping floors and disposing of trash properly.
• Assist in event preparations by setting up clean serviceware for functions and banquets.
• Mentor new team members by sharing knowledge to enhance the team's overall performance.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
