Role Responsibilities

• Effectively clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the dish room and dish machine.
• Ensure restocking of all kitchenware items for continued availability.
• Handle waste removal and garbage disposal efficiently.
• Disassemble, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at shift end.
• Keep dish and storage areas organized and sanitary.
• Support the restaurant staff by assisting with cleaning other areas as assigned.
• Carry out additional duties as delegated.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum preferred education level: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar dishwasher or kitchen steward role is required.
