Key Responsibilities

• Clean pots and pans using a three-compartment sink.
• Operate the Hobart dishwashing machine to sanitize service ware effectively and keep service items well-stocked.
• Maintain tidiness of dining areas and restrooms to uphold hygiene standards.
• Communicate clearly and consistently align actions with the organization's mission and values.
• Serve as an advocate for guests, ensuring every guest's experience exceeds expectations.
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
