Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Dishwasher to join our team in Seattle, WA, located at 2021 7th Avenue. The role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with further schedule details provided during the interview. Successful candidates must possess experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food debris from dishes, washing them either manually or via dishwashing equipment, ensuring thorough sanitation.
- Clean pots, pans, and trays according to established protocols, maintaining sanitation standards.
- Polish silverware using various equipment and techniques depending on assignment, upholding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Adhere to safety procedures consistently and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels as required.
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized, observing safety regulations.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Handle trash removal efficiently, including cleaning and sanitizing garbage containers.
- Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work zones, including loading and unloading materials.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $23.00.
