Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils to strict standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually scrape and rinse food debris from dirty dishes and load them onto washing racks or conveyors depending on equipment used.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following established procedures to ensure full sanitation.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or by hand as required.
• Adhere to all specified safety protocols throughout duties.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels per provided guidelines.
• Keep dishwashing area organized and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors maintaining sanitation and safety compliance.
• Clean work surfaces including tables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation areas.
• Dispose of trash properly, steam clean or hose out garbage bins regularly.
• Assist in transferring supplies and equipment from storage to work areas.
• Perform loading and unloading of supplies and products as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time work hours with varying days and times including rotating weekends; specific schedule details provided during the interview.
• Hourly wage of $15.00.
• $500 sign-on bonus disbursed half at 90 days and the remainder at 180 days of employment.
