Position Overview

This full-time Dishwasher position is based at Conoco Bart, located at 310 S. Keeler Avenue, Bartlesville, OK 74004. Working hours are Monday through Friday with varying shift timings to be discussed during the interview. Applicants must have at least one year of prior kitchen experience. Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food residue from dishes and wash them by hand or use dishwashing machines according to procedures, ensuring thorough sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays thoroughly following established guidelines.
• Polish silverware using equipment such as burnishing tumblers, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels as per safety standards.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation rules.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to uphold hygiene standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Manage removal of trash to designated containers and maintain garbage cans by steam cleaning or hosing.
• Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and help with loading or unloading deliveries.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• At least one year of kitchen-related experience is mandatory.
