About the Role

Located at FLEXTRONICS in West Columbia, SC, this full-time Dishwasher role requires weekday shifts with morning and afternoon/evening timings. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. Joining Sodexo means contributing to a company that values purpose-driven work and individual growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning dishes manually or using dishwashing equipment.
• Sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks to maintain hygiene.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning floors thoroughly.
• Disposing of trash and garbage in designated areas properly.
• Using specific chemicals to clean kitchen equipment, upholding sanitation standards.
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
• Engaging in considerable walking or mobility tasks throughout shifts.
• Standing or walking for long durations exceeding eight hours per shift.
• Lifting and moving items up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds; includes reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Maintaining punctuality and consistent attendance for assigned shifts.
• Performing other duties as assigned, tailored to account-specific business needs and client requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• No previous job experience necessary.
• Basic understanding of sanitation practices, including fundamental food safety concepts.
