Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate rinse and wash water temperatures for sanitation standards.
• Handle dishwashing chemicals by changing water regularly, storing, and using chemicals correctly.
• Organize and prepare dish racks for washing processes.
• Manage trash removal duties effectively.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in the kitchen environment.
• Demonstrate a strong team-oriented attitude while performing all tasks.
