Job Duties

• Operate the dishwashing machine or manually wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Ensure that preparation and service areas are kept clean and sanitary, manage trash disposal by emptying and transporting it to designated dump sites, while adhering to local sanitation regulations.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
