Position Overview
We are actively seeking Dishwashers to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for use with minimal breakage. Essential duties include keeping kitchen floors clean, managing trash removal from kitchen and restrooms, and performing designated start and end-of-shift tasks as directed by management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough washing, sanitizing, and preparation of dishes for service with minimal breakage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen floors and handle trash disposal in kitchen and restroom areas.
- Perform opening and closing shift duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and maintain a fast working pace.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay rate for this position ranges from $21.30 to $25.30 per hour, based on relevant work experience. Full-time hourly team members become eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional company-paid benefits include life insurance and short-term disability where allowed. Voluntary benefit options also include critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance.
Part-time team members are eligible for a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health plan, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with coverage beginning as early as the first of the month following hire. They may also enroll in voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal, and ID protection.
