Job Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently.
- Monitor and ensure correct rinse and wash temperatures are maintained.
- Handle water changes, manage dish chemicals responsibly, and ensure proper storage.
- Organize and set up dish racks effectively.
- Dispose of trash appropriately and maintain cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards.
- Exemplify teamwork and collaborate well with kitchen staff.
