• Set up dishwashing and pot washing stations and operate related equipment correctly.
• Return sanitized kitchenware to designated storage areas.
• Sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and workstations as scheduled to maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage waste by removing trash and keeping dishwashing and kitchen zones tidy.
