Primary Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils consistently following established schedules and protocols to ensure cleanliness.
• Set up dishwashing and pot washing stations and correctly operate the associated machinery.
• Return sanitized dishes and utensils to designated storage locations promptly.
• Sanitize kitchen surfaces, workstations, and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards.
• Manage waste by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas.
