About The League Kitchen & Tavern
Set in a vintage speakeasy style inspired by the 1920s Prohibition era, The League Kitchen & Tavern reflects its history through murals and photos, including images of the Anti-Saloon League, sporting moments, and the founders’ family heritage. The menu boasts a blend of traditional and contemporary American dishes, along with chef specials and a rotating weekly menu. The tavern's drink offerings include classic vintage cocktails served in authentic styles, fresh craft cocktails, a curated selection of fine spirits, hand-picked wines, and a distinctive "Stash" menu featuring the founders’ preferred drinks.
Role Overview
We seek dedicated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and eager to grow within our service environment. We have openings for full-time and part-time dishwashers. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and operating dishwashing machinery efficiently while fostering a cooperative and friendly atmosphere with back-of-house staff and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Collect and manage used dishes, plates, and utensils efficiently.
- Operate dish machines and ensure washed items are properly organized and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and restaurant areas.
- Cooperate supportively with kitchen team members and staff.
- Work arranged shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends.
