• Prepare and correctly operate dishwashing and pot washing stations and related machinery.
• Return cleaned items to appropriate storage locations.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and stations on a regular basis.
• Dispose of trash and maintain overall cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas.

• Ability to comprehend and follow English instructions.
• Skilled at safely and effectively using dishwashing equipment.
