About the Role

Join a leading pizza delivery company as a Dishwasher, working in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves managing dishwashing tasks using automated washers, cleaning prep tubs, pans, and cookware. Since there is no full-service dining, tableware is not included.

Responsibilities also include restocking supplies, prepping food, frequently sanitizing high-contact areas and utensils, cleaning counters and kitchen equipment, emptying and sanitizing trash receptacles, and accurately recording completed tasks with a software system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability of clean cookware and prep equipment by washing tubs, utensils, and pans.
• Prepare the kitchen for upcoming shifts through cleaning, restocking makelines, coolers, and walk-in refrigerators.
• Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen machinery and appliances.
• Store incoming deliveries in their appropriate places.
• Sweep and mop floors promptly, especially after spills or breakages.
• Dispose of trash properly and clean trash receptacles.
• Assist fellow team members with additional tasks as needed.
• Report any kitchen accidents or breaches of food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Little to no prior experience required.
• Strong skills in problem solving and communication.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in busy conditions.
• Capable of standing or walking for full 8-hour shifts and lifting items of at least 20 pounds.
• Commitment to abide by all food safety regulations.
• Reliable punctuality is essential.
