Job Overview
Seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen environment at Westminster Communities of Florida, Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking pots and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Support cooks by assisting with pot washing tasks.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen stations and surfaces, including proper trash disposal.
- Record temperature and sanitation logs adhering to prescribed standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Replenish shelves with necessary items for meal services.
- Help with stocking inventory shelves and unloading delivery shipments when required.
- Perform additional kitchen tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
