Role Overview

The Dishwasher position involves working collaboratively within the kitchen team while adhering to strict sanitation guidelines to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently.
• Ensure that rinse and wash temperatures are monitored and maintained according to safety standards.
• Change water in the dishwashing system and correctly handle and store dishwashing chemicals.
• Prepare and organize dish racks for washing.
• Manage trash removal duties.
• Maintain consistent safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen environment.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork with colleagues.
