Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our Dining Services team. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized kitchen environment. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of meals served, as clean utensils, dishes, and equipment form the foundation of our food service operations. By owning these responsibilities and anticipating kitchen needs, you will contribute significantly to the success of the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Perform tasks such as sweeping and mopping to uphold kitchen safety standards.
• Stock dishes and utensils efficiently to support meal service.
• Operate kitchen equipment correctly and safely.
• Work collaboratively with the team while also being able to perform duties independently as needed.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Ability to carry and lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Maintain patience and tact when interacting with residents, family members, colleagues, and visitors.
