Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary cooking items by washing and cutting vegetables, as well as weighing, mixing, and measuring ingredients for pre-cooked batches of meat, poultry, and seafood before shifts.
• Ensure workstations are fully stocked with ingredients and supplies needed for food preparation.
• Monitor detergent, rinse agent levels, and water temperature in dishwashing equipment at shift start and regularly throughout the day.
• Operate dish machines according to proper protocols to clean dishes efficiently.
• Maintain a steady supply of clean dishes to the kitchen, service area, and line.
• Keep kitchen floors, cooler areas, and service area floors clean by sweeping and mopping frequently.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk during 100% of work time.
• Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in environments with temperatures exceeding 90 degrees.
