Key Responsibilities

• Manage all tasks related to the dish area and operation of the dish machine.
• Perform appropriate pre-soaking, cleaning, and utilize correct chemical agents as per guidelines.
• Follow checklists meticulously for setting up at the start and closing down at the end of each shift.
• Maintain positive and cooperative interactions with service staff and fellow team members.
• Communicate effectively and provide assistance to other team members when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least one year of experience working in a fine dining or casual dining restaurant environment.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform bending, climbing, or work in confined areas.
• Competent in written and verbal communication to convey information clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
