Join Sodexo as a Dishwasher and play an essential role in supporting kitchen and facility operations by ensuring cleanliness and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the food preparation and service environments. This full-time onsite role is located in San Antonio, TX, and involves varying shifts with open availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually wash dishes or operate dishwashing machines.
• Sanitize work areas including tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Maintain clean floors by sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Manage trash removal to designated disposal sites.
• Use specific chemicals to clean equipment meeting sanitary regulations.
• Restock necessary supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents.
• Experience significant mobility including walking or standing for extended periods, potentially over 8 hours.
• Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds; perform activities such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Attend assigned shifts punctually and maintain consistent attendance.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities depending on client and business needs.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience.
• No prior job experience required.
• Basic understanding of sanitation procedures and foundational knowledge of food safety protocols.

• Hourly wage between $13.00 and $15.00.
