Role Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, delivery, and operations for cloud platforms, data centers, global networking, and service management.
• Collaborate with technology, transformation, and capacity teams to shape Secure Cloud platform vision, aligning product roadmaps with business objectives.
• Implement process improvements and manage change to enhance cloud stability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Oversee infrastructure deployment and develop cloud data policies and governance frameworks.
• Develop and present project timelines, risk assessments, and release requirements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architecture teams on scoping, designing, configuring, and deploying solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all product releases.
• Manage escalations and continuously seek improvements in service delivery processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven expertise executing and delivering cloud platform solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise cloud infrastructure and SaaS service deployment.
• Experience managing and developing Kubernetes environments and familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
• Proven skills in designing and implementing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience in applying artificial intelligence to optimize technology operations.
• Exceptional ability to engage in strategic discussions with senior technology executives.
• Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills to handle conflicts across all organizational levels.
• Solid understanding of cloud offerings from leading providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP; certifications are preferred.
