Director/Senior Director, Delivery Operations - Medical Coding

Role Summary

This leadership role requires deep expertise in overseeing Medical Coding operations within the healthcare domain, particularly in the US market. The position entails managing large-scale delivery operations ranging from 500 to 1000 full-time employees (FTEs), with a strong focus on operational efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage extensive Medical Coding delivery functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of US Healthcare systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Medical Coding protocols.
• Oversee financial performance including profit and loss (P&L) management, tracking operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experienced with medical coding operations at a leadership level.
• Capability to handle delivery operations teams of 500-1000 employees.
• Strong command over financial management and operational metrics related to healthcare coding services.
• Open to locations in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Gurugram.
