In this role, you'll operate at the crossroads of logistics, technology, and regulatory compliance, leading product discovery and delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a worldwide UX team through AI-driven transformation initiatives, enhancing business outcomes through user-centered design across an expanding portfolio of AI-native products.
• Establish and implement the UX vision and strategic direction for an international team based in Europe and India.
• Serve as Head of UX and strategic advisor to VP and C-level executives, aligning UX strategy with product, technology, and business priorities while advocating the importance of user-focused design throughout the organization.
• Partner closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure a uniform, high-quality user experience across all products.
• Develop, motivate, and expand a high-performing UX organization, including design leadership, through effective hiring, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
• Create and scale effective design operational structures and AI-driven working methods.
• Manage UX team capacity and workforce planning to support forecasting, prioritization, investment decisions, and provide leadership visibility through reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than 10 years of professional experience in UX, product design, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing distributed international teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team building, talent development, and structuring clear career progression paths.
• Product-oriented mindset with experience in complex B2B software or supply chain sectors preferred.
• Proven track record in establishing or transforming UX organizations across multiple products or teams.
• Familiarity with AI-driven and agentic product experiences or a strong understanding thereof.
• Ability to translate product and business strategies into clear, actionable UX directions.
• Strategic and decisive leader, skilled in stakeholder management and maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Berlin and Bangalore for business purposes.
