About The Opportunity

- Lead and shape the Strategic Projects Office (SPO) to effectively translate strategic intent into execution.
- Take ownership of the portfolio management framework including forums, governance structures, prioritisation, reporting processes, and escalation mechanisms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain a balance between control and enablement based on a risk-informed approach.
- Deliver measurable results across technology, transformation, and change programs.

- Extensive senior leadership experience managing PMO, SPO, or portfolio functions within complex organisational settings.
- Demonstrated success in establishing disciplined operational cadence encompassing decision forums and reporting rhythms.
- Strong expertise in portfolio governance such as prioritisation, dependency tracking, and delivery assurance.
- Change leadership capabilities that transcend methodologies to shift organisational culture and enhance delivery maturity.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management skills – influential, resilient, articulate, and presenting data-driven insights clearly without jargon.
- Exceptional leadership qualities to guide a team of strategic project managers, business analysts, and digital experts.
