Role Overview

The Director of Solutions Consulting for the Central and Northern Europe divisions will lead and develop a team of Solutions Consultants (SCs). This role involves coaching the team on sales opportunities, acting as the solutions advocate for key accounts, and managing recruitment and growth initiatives. The position entails direct responsibility for team performance, training, and professional development, including regular feedback from field observations, guiding goal-setting activities, and ensuring continuous education on industry-specific case studies and product advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across Contact Center, Marketing, Advertising, Social, Insights, and AI domains.
  • Serve as the main contact liaison between Solutions Consultants and sales leaders within the divisions.
  • Strategically allocate team resources across regions, collaborating with divisional leadership to align personnel with sales activities based on experience and priorities.
  • Organize training sessions and support the delivery of value propositions, product demonstrations, and responses to RFPs.
  • Initiate and manage projects aimed at enhancing team capabilities and refining organizational structures and offerings.
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams on product-market fit evaluations, pricing strategies, packaging, go-to-market plans, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Lead training programs focused on team development, providing ongoing performance feedback and fostering achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Offer technical and product-market-fit leadership to engineering and development units.
  • Promote a culture rooted in innovation, quality, and continuous enhancement.
  • Advise and impact the go-to-market strategies of complex software systems.
  • Incorporate human-centered design principles, facilitating design thinking workshops for intuitive solution creation.
  • Provide expert consultation and thought leadership to sales and business leaders on product positioning and sales tactic development.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise-scale presales or solutions consulting roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years in presales management.
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles within enterprise SaaS organizations.
  • Proven leadership skills with a record of managing and growing high-performance teams.
  • Specialized knowledge in leading human-centric design workshops for customer-focused solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Experience strategies and practices.
  • Experience in designing complex systems and architectures.
  • Thorough expertise in enterprise marketing approaches and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing abilities to effectively engage customers and internal teams.
