Role Summary

The Director – Solution Engineering will spearhead technical enablement and activation efforts for Inception42’s partner ecosystem, including system integrators, resellers, consulting partners, and technology alliances. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering, this position focuses on equipping partners to position, architect, and deliver the company’s AI products effectively, blending solution engineering, partner empowerment, and broad technical advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable demo environments, solution assets, and certification programs to facilitate partner self-sufficiency in enterprise engagements.
• Lead technical onboarding, deep-dives, product trainings, and manage partner certification curricula with comprehensive learning paths and assessments.
• Build and maintain demo environments, reference architectures, solution templates, and technical collateral, ensuring they remain current and scalable.
• Support partner-led customer engagements by offering architectural guidance, workshop input, RFx response support, cost analysis, and solution sizing, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, applied science, engineering, and commercial teams to align partner needs with product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• Create standardized, scalable partner technical onboarding methodologies, architecture review processes, and quality assurance frameworks to ensure high-quality, repeatable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting, particularly in partner enablement or ecosystem management.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI or software solutions.
• Strong capability in converting complex technical topics into scalable training programs and reusable assets.
• Thorough understanding of AI/ML architectures, SaaS offerings, enterprise integration, and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficient presentation, communication, and mentoring skills with strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial audiences.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (strong preference), AI/ML services, and enterprise integration.
• Knowledge of OpenAI and Microsoft Azure (L300 level) is an advantageous bonus.
