Director Software Engineering - GenAI Products and Accelerators

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Software Engineering to spearhead our Generation AI (GenAI) Products and Accelerator initiatives within the Studio team. This leadership role demands both deep technical expertise in full stack GenAI solution development and proven ability to manage engineering teams. The goal is to create scalable, reusable, and differentiated AI-driven products that deliver significant value and growth for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of AI-enhanced products, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Develop industry-specific solutions tailored to address client challenges and growth objectives.
• Manage a roadmap for reusable AI tools, ensuring alignment with changing client demands and market trends.
• Assess and integrate partner offerings from hyperscalers, data platforms, and independent software vendors to speed up market delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing teams to formulate go-to-market strategies and support account initiatives.
• Represent the company at key industry functions, analyst meetings, and thought leadership events.
• Enhance visibility through whitepapers, blogs, and showcasing products.
• Monitor and improve innovation-related metrics including adoption rates, time to market, and business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15 to 20 years of experience in AI/Analytics product innovation, solution architecture, or research and development leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in creating enterprise-grade AI or data-driven products, particularly in sectors like Retail, CPG, BFSI, or Manufacturing.
• In-depth understanding of AI/ML frameworks, large language models (LLMs), GenAI architectures, and machine learning operations (MLOps) pipelines.
• Direct experience in designing and developing accelerators, owning product roadmaps, and leading market launches.
• Experience working with cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, along with data platforms including Databricks and Snowflake, and AI ecosystem partners.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to convert research and technology into market-ready products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record in thought leadership demonstrated by publications, conference presentations, or patents is preferred.
