Job Overview
The Director for Front Office Relationship Management within Private Banking is instrumental in driving revenue. The role entails managing high-value client portfolios, promoting business development, securing new assets, and converting potential clients into long-standing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Private Bank expansion by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new banking prospects.
- Boost invested assets by offering bespoke financial solutions, evaluating investment opportunities with clients, and partnering closely with Investment Advisors through regular portfolio reviews.
- Enhance client asset share and diversify offerings by collaborating on direct investments and reinforcing collaborations throughout Emirates NBD’s Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking, and Asset Management divisions.
- Promote a culture of entrepreneurship and curiosity by leading through example, motivating junior team members, and managing an individual client portfolio effectively.
Desired Skills and Experience
- MBA in Finance or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include CFA certification or equivalent credentials in financial services.
- Deep understanding of asset and liability products, capital markets, portfolio management, investment instruments, as well as compliance, due diligence, anti-money laundering norms, and familiarity with offshore accounts and trust legal frameworks.
- Between 10 to 15 years of pertinent experience in financial services.
- At least 2 years’ experience operating in Middle Eastern markets.
