This role involves working consultatively with prospective clients to understand their objectives and devising creative solutions to meet evolving contact center and digital requirements. The position demands deep technical proficiency with CXone solutions and leadership in partner enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire Presales process including managing the pipeline, devising solution strategies, overseeing proof-of-concept (POC) governance, and conducting win/loss reviews.
  • Lead complex enterprise AI deal cycles from initial discovery through to technical approval.
  • Design and manage POCs, covering data needs, model assessments, integration architecture, and framing results.
  • Mentor Solutions Consultants on AI solution designing, technical storytelling, and effective commercial positioning.
  • Create repeatable playbooks, demo frameworks, and discovery tools tailored to AI/ML products.
  • Provide structured field insights to influence Product development and Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Represent NiCE at industry events and participate in customer advisory discussions.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years direct hands-on experience in AI product Pre-Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the AI technology stack including large language models (LLMs), embedding models, vector databases, inference cost management, token economics, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and API-based AI services.
  • Capability to independently scope and execute technically sound POCs without engineering translation.
  • Commercial expertise in AI pricing models covering tokens, computing costs, licensing, and total cost of ownership discussions with procurement and finance teams.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
  • A hands-on coaching style, participating actively in deals, conducting discovery sessions, troubleshooting demos, and mentoring team members post-engagement.
