Director of Software Product

About the Role

This leadership position calls for an experienced software product executive with a strong history in developing and scaling tech platforms, particularly within high-growth environments. The role demands a versatile understanding of multiple domains and the ability to drive product success in a fast-evolving context.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management initiatives leveraging 8 to over 12 years of progressively responsible experience in growth-focused software or technology sectors.
• Serve in senior leadership capacities such as Senior Product Manager, Head of Product, or Product Director for 3 to 5 years or more.
• Build and expand software platforms across several key industry areas including on-demand marketplaces, enterprise SaaS solutions in workforce and human capital management, as well as automation for smart facilities.
• Harness technical expertise in modern cloud infrastructure, REST APIs, mobile app ecosystems, and advanced AI/ML features like algorithmic task matching and language models.
• Utilize expert-level knowledge in product analytics platforms—such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL databases, and visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI—combined with proficiency in A/B testing practices.
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, manage stakeholders effectively, and communicate across teams to align product objectives.
• Adapt and thrive in an agile, fast-paced workplace typical of public companies.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Preferred candidates bring experience managing high-volume consumer mobile applications on iOS and Android alongside intricate B2B enterprise dashboards.
• Knowledge of APAC regional and international labor technology and staffing compliance is an advantage.
• Experience with integrating IoT systems, smart facility management platforms, or telemetry from commercial robotics into software suites is favorable.
