Key Responsibilities
- Head a team of Application Engineers focused on customer support and technology deployment across multiple high-impact projects.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on the use of our tools, effectively communicating our technological innovations.
- Strategically plan and prioritize tasks, manage resource allocation, and ensure issues are resolved thoroughly and promptly.
- Continuously relay actionable feedback to the Research and Development team to drive ongoing product enhancements.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Extensive experience (10–12 years) in RTL to GDSII flows, with proven tapeout experience on advanced process nodes.
- At least 4 to 5 years in a management role leading teams, ideally with experience in customer-facing interactions.
- Proficiency with Cadence and/or Synopsys electronic design tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- English language proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of sign-off static timing analysis (STA), layout versus schematic (LVS), and design rule check (DRC) workflows on advanced processes is advantageous.
