Role Overview

The Director of IT Infrastructure at Logix Health in Coimbatore leads a skilled team tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable enterprise IT solutions that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. This pivotal leadership position drives collaboration, operational efficiency, and ongoing enhancement within IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the vision, strategic direction, and roadmap for enterprise IT to fulfill company goals.
• Manage the global IT service desk, ensuring consistent and high-quality support is delivered across all regions.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-caliber team of IT professionals focused on excellence.
• Drive operational success through key performance metrics, service level agreements, and continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with senior leadership to understand business requirements and guarantee seamless IT service delivery.
• Oversee vendor and partner relations, including contract negotiation, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, corporate policies, and industry best standards.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Promote adoption of emerging technologies, automation, and innovative IT service enhancements.
• Communicate IT strategies and performance effectively with executives, stakeholders, and staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred educational background includes a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership managing multi-site operations.
• Proven expertise administering cloud environments and SaaS solutions, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra, and SharePoint.
• Experience with management tools including Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), email security solutions, and privilege management.
• Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with system monitoring best practices and information security frameworks.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a high-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated leadership in supporting 24x7 mission-critical IT services.
• Understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA and ISO 27001.
