About the Role
MMD — Digital. Human. Capital. is seeking to appoint a senior Human Resources Director based in Dubai. This position forms a critical part of the leadership team driving the company's transformation platform and growth agenda. The role goes beyond traditional HR functions, focusing on building, coordinating, and enhancing leadership and human-capital capabilities aligned with transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior leadership and HR specialists to support strategic initiatives
- Map and coordinate leadership capacity across the organization
- Develop and implement human-capital strategies tailored to transformation mandates
- Build and expand executive and specialist networks
- Lead organizational capability development and workforce transformation efforts
- Ensure alignment between leadership expertise and targeted opportunities
- Foster collaboration with enterprise, technology, and institutional partners
- Contribute to the development of MMD’s expansive human ecosystem
