Located in Central Sydney, NSW, Lega Nova Group is expanding its presence across Australia. We are eager to welcome driven individuals to join our Sydney team as Direct Marketing Assistants. Our organisation works with a diverse range of clients, focusing currently on supporting charities and not-for-profit entities through face-to-face marketing initiatives that raise public awareness, secure ongoing supporters, and foster meaningful community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognised charity and not-for-profit campaigns at various events and promotional venues.
- Engage with the public by communicating and educating them about vital social causes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with supporters through professional in-person interaction.
- Collaborate with experienced mentors to enhance sales, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Contribute to a dynamic and cooperative team atmosphere.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a positive outlook and eagerness to learn.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show confidence in engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Exhibit self-drive and a proactive mindset.
- Previous exposure to customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is advantageous but not mandatory.
