Job description
Overview
Our client, a prominent organization in the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to oversee operational readiness and support for their digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational preparedness for pilots, feature rollouts, and phased launches by setting readiness criteria, coordinating stakeholder communications, preparing training and support resources, and completing go-live checklists.
- Collaborate across teams including product, engineering, UX, service desks, local administration, and vendors to coordinate dependencies and facilitate key decisions.
- Develop and maintain support frameworks such as support models, triage procedures, escalation paths, runbooks, and define ownership limits for both self-service and assisted support workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a relevant degree and have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product operations, digital product delivery, service operations, business analysis, project management, or comparable roles within technology.
- Proven track record of owning launches, operational processes, or ongoing support for digital products or services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product, operational, and user data to generate actionable insights; proficient with spreadsheets and visualization/dashboard tools.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments with tools like Jira and Confluence or similar platforms.
- Understanding of incident, problem, change and service management concepts; ITIL certification is a plus though not mandatory.
- Experience crafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, metrics, feedback mechanisms, and establishing cross-functional operational rhythms.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including influencing skills without formal authority.
- Able to work independently in ambiguous settings, shifting effectively between strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks.
