Job description

About The Opportunity

  • Join a rapidly expanding digital company as a Performance Marketing Manager based in Auckland.
  • Take full ownership of results across three interconnected areas: client marketing delivery, B2B account-based marketing (ABM), and B2C inbound acquisition.
  • Engage directly in campaign creation, audience definition, tracking setup, budget pacing, quality assurance, and rapid iteration.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where delivering consistent and high-quality performance at scale is essential.
  • Collaborate closely with technology and go-to-market teams to design and enhance the performance infrastructure, including automation, quality assurance mechanisms, alert systems, and workflow optimisation.
  • Manage campaigns on key platforms such as Google (including Search), Meta, and Pinterest while also testing and evaluating emerging programmatic advertising platforms and service providers.
  • Develop clear, insightful, and commercially focused internal reporting that explains what strategies are effective and why.

What You'll Bring

  • Current, hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, actively working within platforms regularly rather than delegating tasks.
  • Strong proficiency with Meta and Google advertising stacks, with a preference for deep expertise in Google Search; knowledgeable in pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and quality assurance practices.
  • Technical understanding of server-side tracking, Conversions API, and first-party data concepts, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
  • B2B paid media experience, ideally managing end-to-end ABM processes including building account lists, enriching data, interpreting intent signals, and aligning activations with outbound campaigns.
  • A systems-oriented mindset combined with proactive communication skills to identify issues early, drive dependencies forward, and provide timely updates without prompting.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, accountable environment, balancing daily campaign management with continuous system improvement.

What’s On Offer

  • A unique role offering comprehensive ownership across B2B, B2C, and client performance marketing rather than focusing on narrow channels.
  • Opportunity to influence performance operations by partnering with technology teams on automation and scalable infrastructure development.
  • Experience exposure to multi-market expansion including growth in the US and modern ABM and demand-generation strategies.
  • A position that values depth of technical skill and attention to detail; excellence in execution is highly prized beyond strategy formulation.
  • High autonomy and rapid learning, surrounded by meaningful challenges and empowered to implement solutions promptly.
