About The Opportunity
- This temporary position lasts until 31 January 2027, requiring on-site attendance in Albany from Monday to Friday.
- Join a nationally recognized, multi-site enterprise with a strong presence.
- Maintain the accuracy and preparedness of customer account data within SAP systems.
- Address complex account inquiries ensuring comprehensive and precise information.
- Emphasize data cleansing, verification, and preparation to facilitate seamless account processing.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive SAP experience, particularly in managing customer account data and supporting data migration tasks.
- Proficient in cleansing, validating, and preparing data to guarantee accuracy and usability.
- Capable of resolving complex customer account issues, including those related to Airpoints and invoicing.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong spreadsheet proficiency.
- Data-driven, process-focused, and exceptionally organized.
- Curious and proactive with the ability to juggle multiple systems and tasks efficiently.
- Dependable, resilient, and an effective team collaborator.
- Quick learner eager to acquire new processes and enhance skills as necessary.
