Job Overview

This role is with Mardamed Healthcare in Bengaluru, focusing on managing patient interactions via multiple digital and telephonic channels to support healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient queries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, and social media platforms.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective leads and existing patients.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Provide detailed information about doctors and offered healthcare services.
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, leads, and appointments.
• Collaborate effectively with front office staff, doctors, and operational teams.
• Monitor progress of follow-ups and conversion rates.
• Maintain professionalism in communication and protect patient privacy at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation degree is mandatory.
• Effective communication and strong follow-up capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and general digital literacy.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service sectors is an advantage.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is INR 35,000 to 40,000 per month.
