This role focuses on analyzing, converting, and performing quality assurance edits on digital comic content to ensure accurate digital conversions that enhance the reader experience. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed editing and quality checks on comic content following standardized operating procedures to detect and correct errors.
• Use software tools for quality audits, content editing, and data management.
• Maintain awareness of operational performance metrics such as productivity (titles processed per hour), quality (defect rates), and delivery timelines to meet service level agreements.
• Communicate status updates, escalate issues as necessary, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas for process and quality improvements within the editing and QA functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity or experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.
• Understanding or interest in comics and manga is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and professional conduct.
