Digital Activation Specialist

About the Role and Company

This position is with a prestigious global financial institution, based in Singapore, supporting a regional digital banking team. The team works collaboratively with Client Advisors and Markets groups in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia to promote digital banking adoption and ensure excellent client experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist Client Advisors in helping clients activate and utilize digital banking platforms effectively.
• Collaborate with team leaders to maintain a seamless, professional client interaction.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests to provide timely support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client Advisors.
• Provide support for digital activation initiatives across regional markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a similar field, though fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• A strong customer service orientation paired with meticulous attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required to interact with clients and stakeholders across the region.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is expected for effective problem solving.
• Must be flexible to work shifts covering hours from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including occasional public holidays, to support multiple regional markets. No overnight or 24-hour rotations are involved.
