Overview

A prominent organisation in Singapore is undergoing a significant technological overhaul and is establishing new engineering leadership roles as part of this major initiative. They seek a Director-level DevSecOps Engineering Lead tasked with shaping the development, security, and delivery of essential technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define DevSecOps and platform engineering practices throughout the organisation.
• Establish standards for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security automation, engineering toolsets, and environment management.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to enhance developer experience, boost automation, and facilitate self-service capabilities.
• Offer expert guidance on secure architecture design and threat modelling.
• Steer critical engineering projects aligned with the broader technology transformation.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, platform, or security engineering in complex, high-availability, or regulated settings.
• Familiarity with secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD processes, Infrastructure as Code, container security, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with tooling like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and Docker.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to drive change and influence engineering teams effectively.
