Overview
This role is for an experienced DevOps Lead with hands-on expertise in DevOps combined with exposure to AI technologies. The position is based in Pune or Chennai and requires over 12 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy software solutions tailored to meet business needs.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to plan, design, and launch new product features.
- Apply DevOps methodologies to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure system performance by monitoring and maintaining high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Perform code reviews and offer constructive guidance to team members.
- Diagnose and resolve software bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Keep abreast with the latest technology trends and innovations to improve development standards.
Requirements
- Expertise with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Preferred skills include understanding microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies, database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), security best practices in deployment, and infrastructure as code concepts.
